Spring is the time when the Earth gives us cleansing herbs and bitter greens to help detox and clear the stagnant energy of winter. This two-hour detox vinyasa workshop is specifically designed to boost your body's natural detoxification systems (endocrine, circulatory, digestive and lymph). The workshop includes an overview of the Ayurvedic practices that encourage us to live in alignment with nature and create time and space for the natural detox processes of the body.
Level: This workshop is suitable for all students except those brand new to yoga.
